Sarika Shah brings decades of expertise in diamonds and fine jewellery craftsmanship. A distinguished alumna of the Institute of Gem and Jewellery in Surat, she specialises in the 4Cs — Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat — and has spent years working closely with master craftsmen and diamond manufacturers. Her deep understanding of diamond quality and jewellery construction ensures that every Glimmer & Grace creation reflects exceptional standards of precision, beauty, and authenticity.
